Professor Haley's ability to combine theory with practicality arises from his vast educational and work experience in the areas of law enforcement. Professor Haley was the former Director of Criminal Justice at Tidewater, a police officer, police detective, deputy sheriff, correctional officer, high school football coach, and a United State Marine. Professor Haley has a MPA, with a concentration in criminal justice.
